What the scores say about this area This is where the awards concentrate, and it is not a mystery why: the ward holds most of the five-star hotel dining rooms, and hotel restaurants collect TripAdvisor reviews from guests who are already in the building. Excellent food, genuinely — but the ward's average is flattered by an audience that never had to cross town.
