The links that pay us are the hotel (Agoda), tour, transfer and eSIM cards at the bottom of most pages; a short “Book ahead” box of food tours, cooking classes and an airport transfer near the top of most pages — with a hotel search on Agoda added on the home page and the area pages — which repeats one of them further down and, on phones, sits in a bar at the foot of the screen that you can close; and the “reviews and photos on TripAdvisor” button on each restaurant page. Every one of them is marked rel="sponsored nofollow" in the page source, and opens in a new tab.
No restaurant pays for placement. No listing on this site is sponsored. None of the fifty restaurants has any commercial relationship with this site. The order comes from TripAdvisor's award listing and the two platforms' own scores; we could not move a restaurant up the list if we wanted to without changing the published method, which is on the about page and in the open dataset.
Links to Google Maps and to restaurants' own listings are plain links and earn us nothing.
